Is there a quest so that I can go to the lumbercore?
If you have completed the quest that allows you to enter Area #32, you can enter Area #46 (the area of lumbercore). If you are already in Area #46 but cannot get on top of the platform in which the lumbercore resides, you need someone to help you with the seesaw. If there is already someone in the area but the crate is nowhere to be seen, well, it's probably grenaded away.
Basically, just use an alternate account.
