If you are an archer or gunman, only upgrade your expertise and archery/artillery to grind higher lvl mobs (that can kill you easily). Once you can grind logons relatively easily, go to lumbercore. That's pretty much it.
If you are a mage, again, glass cannon your way through with storm cloud and a bit of protection field. Go for higher lvl mobs.
If you are warrior like me... tough luck~
