Robby doesn't live in the philippines. The reason there's so many pinoy's is because Helmet Heroes had loads of them and they became region locked but used VPN's to login to HH. Anyway Eliatopia releases and there's a lot of hype about it but that means that a lot of pinoys move to Elia.
