How to get inside of these maps

How do I get inside in the Library(area 55) , someone's hotel room (area 52) , and Big Bubba's Sloppy hotel room (area 53)?

You need to walk up to the door to get into a hotel room; most are currently locked. Get Big Bubba's "permission" to see his room. Bubba is in Burgers Boys, so go when it is open. In order to get into the Library you need to find the passphrase. Hint: it involves talking to Bubba.
