H3- shroom warrior or doom shroom or sentry
S3- shroom warrior, lumber core, puff shroom,cionic organism or azulong
E3- tesla crawler, puff shroom or cionic organism
P3- cionic organism,scorpee or feral beast
I3- shrine or azulong
F3- scrap bots or mandrake

H4- blizzers
S4- titanium driods
E4- feral or titanium driods
P4- coinic organism or ferals
I4- shrine (idk which mob had i4 drop in it maybe blizzers i think?)
F4- multiplex cortex or mandrake

H5- titanium driods or saw guardian s
S5- titanium driods? or xantis
E5- multi plex cortex or colossal
P5- feral or colossal
I5- shrine (only way to get stage 5)
F5- hellshag or colossal

Not every mob i sorted here. Only the efficient ones i added here.

nahh, grinding these runes are innificient early on.
correct order in my opinion/experience:
ice 1-5 area 86 ice totem(spits random ice runes every 20 min)
p1- ooze or ooze boss or buy it
f1&2- logon
e1-2-teslacrawler
s1- spiked squisher(or buy it)
h1-3- stalagmites(or just buy h1, maybe h2)

p2- ooze boss
f3- scrap bots
e3-scrap bots
s2-lagon or buy it
h4-just buy it ngl
.
p3/4/5-ferral beast or buy p4
f4- buy it
e4- buy it or droids
s3-tree boss
h5- sawbots or anything higher(or just but it)
s4- droids or buy it
s5- saw bots or higher
f5- (hellshag drops f5?), save up and buy it
e5-cortex

Yes you can get f5 from a tiny fire dog that gave 15 exp. But its classify as ultra rare
