BUG WHEN I PLAY ON APP!!!

so basically when I go into area #60 my phone will glitch and just stay on the changing room screen and it will not change even if I reload the app. What I have to do to fix it is leave the app on my phone, get on my computer, exit the area, and switch back to my phone. I don't know if this is just something that is happening to me or if it is something on all iPhone players. please fix it because I'm not able to reach a ton of areas with my phone. I'm not always able to use my computer. also if it is just me do you know how I can fix it or a setting I can change?
