He is focusing on Helmet Heroes Reborn. He said he gonna put 80% time on HHR but only 20% on eliatopia (I remember). So the update will be very slow.

Robby said that he focus HHR till the game becomes beta.

But now it's global released it should be back to focused Eliatopia right?
