This art, while lacking the charm the original had, is based on the poster of Big Brother made for the novel "1984." I felt it made sense given the totalitarian nature of Xantis himself.

..... I thought he would be insane-looking (Didn't know this existed)
Instead he looks like uhhhhh ..... Hitler with the top part of his mouth (If you've seen pictures of his stache ....)
And a normal mustache (Bottom half)
Heck, he doesn't even have a mouth xD, instead he has 2 mustaches .... guess that's intimidating to humans or something.
