What Happened to drop rate

Usually when I farm about 2 hrs in a single spot I got atleast a rune.
Now I farm about 5 hrs in a single spot no rune.

Idk, maybe you're getting unlucky, but i also feel runes are rarer, since they're more expensive than before.
