look, kid, f1 is several times rarer, therefore being several times more expencive. although yes, they do have the same % dmg, fire runes repeat dmg, so they actually do MORE. swaping a simple e1 for a f1 would indeed, be a scam.
so if your kind of strategy is scamming, then yes, nobody likes your strategy.

When you change a rune to another, prices should be similar. You would not swap e3 for f3. Each rune has its own price. If some players add items or money when swapping, they do it because their rune is not as expensive.
