F4 is way easier to get on boss than S4 while chances to get both of those rune should be similar, not to mention drop rate should be raised not as usuall "significantly" but i guess untill we will have more servers it should be doubled at least as for now. Same thing goes for P3 not only on boss but also on regular mobs that drops it. As for P5 F5 E5 i would say drop rate is still way too low, like i said until we have only one server, like c'mon it is 1000 times easier to get S5 than most of mentioned runes. I get the idea to make some runes harder to get but that still should depend on it's stage, not only how many mobs drops it and if only one mob/boss drops it, it should be raised to give players actual reward for time spent on them.
Also why stronger monsters can't drop lower stage runes, it wouldn't cause high level players to go to low level areas and grind there for tens of hours. Well simply that would make market too full of some runes.
