Tbh, after some close examination of the video, I think Wrangler is most likely botting.

At first, it seemed to me that there were pauses in between his kills, especially when the pauses matched respawn time of the grunts. There was nothing suspicious about this.
Then, I realized that at some intervals, Wrangler seems to be shooting at nothing. This highly suggests that Wrangler is botting. From 1:17 - 1:19 in the video, Wrangler can obviously be seen shooting two consecutive arrows at the wall for no apparent reason.
