Hight_Lights is a scammer. Pretty slick actually, was able to subtract a poison rune from 3 to 2 as quick as I hit accept.

Don't do business with dude, add him to your scammer list.

i feel like this would be easily avoided if you wait for the guy to accept first and then you accept the trade instead of doing it first and if the dude is tempting you do accept first they are prob a scammer
