So I have been a long hiatus from the game I am ATM a level 31 mage I was level 30 when I left and came back and got to 31 both of my wands have an element rune a P1 and an E1 and something IDR about E1 when I attack an enemy and there is another enemy nearby a little line gets made and damages the other enemy is this new or has it always been there?

This has always been a thing with electric rune, but before that it didn't work with mage's base attack.
