Like someone else said in another post: Robby is a one-man army updating and moderating a whole game. If he is slightly late for some reason, so what? The game is still enjoyable to play without further updates.

He's probably either busy with the updates or doesn't like assigning mods based on the HH experience. (Or maybe some other reason...)
