1. I can take criticism, and I have proof of that:
There's a huge difference between critique and bullying. When you be polite and show respect for what an artist does while pointing out actual flaws like the three examples I've shown, that's critiquing someone. When you go out of your way to chastise outside-the-box thinking because of perceived flaws stemming from personal bias to a point where you want a project to be in Cliche Limbo, which is more often than not what you do, that's bullying.
2. Here's a guy who called people like you out:
Bashing and making assumptions is EXACTLY what you're doing, and it's also exactly what ELGY called me out for doing against him. Do you wanna know how I got these scars? I have 2000 watchers (which is a huge number of subscribers on DeviantART) built up over nine years, I've made a name of myself by making a Jurassic Park parody the majority of the HH/Eliatopia community loved among other things like monster ANIMATIONS, inspired pictures including a Persona picture by an artist far better than I am, and had been widely acclaimed for my perfect style-mimcry by a wide audience ranging from random shmos to well-known artists like CeeAyBee to two game developers (Robby and the developer of Squid Ink). All this happened because I EARNED those achievements doing things the way I did. As for Eliatopia, half of Eliatopia's art assets came from me not counting customization features (which I've made literally only one of). I would know, I had to count every unique asset (which there are 415 of minus customization parts) by hand and posted checklists of every notable part of the game (areas, shops, and one key item).
And furthermore, people who didn't like my art simply said "it's not my taste," and even then some of those people were nice enough to compliment how well I did things. Not your taste =/= poop. Plain and simple. You, on the other hand, choose to slander and bully me whenever you see even the tiniest hint of my individuality among other things artists normally frown upon, which is something Elgy, again, called me out for doing to him. Elgy was smart enough to punish my crime against individuality and I'm still learning from him. Elgy taught me a valuable lesson on what it's like to be my own creative body. You on the other hand got banned from Homeless Hotel and built yourself quite a negative reception among the HH/Eliatopia community because your continued actions and refusal to learn.
3. If you built a household name out of yourself, would I say you're not important? NO! Of course not! You're a household name! Despite people's mixed (yes, MIXED) reception towards me, my name is practically everywhere in the Eliatopia community to a point where I had to remind people of my limited involvement.
I eagerly await the day you learn from me the way I learned from Elgy and change the way you act, and I honestly think you can be a more valuable member of the community if you were polite and respectful. I'm sorry if I came off strong, but I had about all I can take from your abrasive behavior.
bye all thx for good support
Re: bye all thx for good support
why are you flexing your popularity on devientart? everyone thinks you are weird because you literally post tda (kids cartoon) hentai scenarios, and then act like you are better than others. ive literally seen you put down others for suggesting things you don't agree with, and in my mind that means you cant take criticism. the only reason I talk poop about you is because you don't ever improve yourself, and obviously you still have a large ego. you think you are better than other people just because you make basic art anyone else can, and sometimes it is hard to take you seriously because you ALWAYS flex your achievements when in an argument, as if it meant something.Flashlight237 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 6:30 amHow do I put this..?

the reason I talk "negative" is because I don't care, I don't sweat over a game with limited features and 1 developer. Also homeless hotel has a number of issues, and ive had chances on getting unbanned but decided not to take it simply because I didn't see a point. Once you became owner on kami's server, I dipped because I had a feeling you would just make the server about YOU, and I didn't care about your art because it was mediocre at best. you do understand there are a lot of people that don't like you because you always flex your """art""" and act like you are better than others?

I don't flex so much as I am, admittedly, an attention-seeker. Yes, I'm calling myself out right now; I'm an attention-seeker. And for the record, I'm a different person on dA than I am here in the HH/Eliatopia community that regularly clashes with the perfectionist side of me. Yes, I am a perfectionist; what of it? Thing is on dA, I am largely more sociable with others than here where I regularly decline friend requests from anyone who tries to add me here. And yes, I see both dA and Eliatopia's community as two whole different things, and my attention is divided between both each and every day.Tens wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 12:10 amwhy are you flexing your popularity on devientart? everyone thinks you are weird because you literally post tda (kids cartoon) hentai scenarios, and then act like you are better than others. ive literally seen you put down others for suggesting things you don't agree with, and in my mind that means you cant take criticism. the only reason I talk poop about you is because you don't ever improve yourself, and obviously you still have a large ego. you think you are better than other people just because you make basic art anyone else can, and sometimes it is hard to take you seriously because you ALWAYS flex your achievements when in an argument, as if it meant something.

And for the record, my involvement with the Eliatopia server is scarce; all I did was promote Cyro and Cosmic (the latter knowing he's more in-tune with the community than I will ever be) and bluntly silenced some Filipinos that won't stop spamming. Take it with a tablespoon of salt; you'll probably die because that's a lotta salt, but at least its tasty.
By the way, please do not call stylized art "mediorce," okay? Everyone has their tastes, and all I'm doing is matching art styles and keeping the lines clean (because, again, the ridiculous demand for cleanliness in today's gaming market). If it isn't to your tastes, admit it and we can just both be on our way. Just know that my mastery of two art styles (as my dA peeps can attest; ask them since they know me better than I do) should be respected, not bashed. Don't let my perfectionist attitude get in the way, okay? Because as far as I know, my perfectionism is likely my worst enemy here.
By the way, neither of us have any proof that I do or don't act like I'm better than others, so quite frankly, neither of us has any standing for or against each other. Besides, my "ego" is me talking from past experience; nothing exaggerated, just going by what I got on dA and what I've learned from various games. And yes, achievements mean something when you have sources, and thus proof, to pull from. How is talking about the past from my own experience egotistical? All I want is to allow for liberties to be taken so nothing gets stagnated by simplicity.

constantly bragging about your art and other achievements over other people ---> big ego about artFlashlight237 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 1:38 amI don't flex so much as I am, admittedly, an attention-seeker. Wasn't this about Danigh leaving not people saying that if you post TD on Da you're a bad person?
