That happens when someone copy pastes something outside the chat, example. If they copied and pasted

Then if u paste it in game it does that, or if they pasted something huge. Exceeding the cap of letters in the chatbar then it does that

Oh yeah this bullcrap, honestly to me it seems like most players know how annoying this is but don't care since it draws attention to their trade offer.
