Can anybody here tell me how to get into there? I already search all the Topical area but can't finish the misson.

If you haven't gotten into the library yet, talk to the Fat guy at the burger place to gain access to his room in the hotel. In the room find a book and you'll get the passphrase to the library. In the library talk to the renegade to the bottom right for a password for a computer in the library. Use it for a story dump and head for the scorpee area. Talk to construction worker cledge and he will ask you to find a ninja. With 2 other people, go to area #59 (leafling place) and stand on the platform button with 2 other people to make a bridge. Cross it and talk to the Black clothed ninja. Return to cledge and he should teleport you past the construction site to arouch beetle place
