vendor item placement

I had a question about items inside the vendors.
If I put an item inside a vendor, and time goes by it goes further down the list right?

For example -
I put a bow and after a few days someone else puts the same bow in the vendor, will the bow they put ( not my bow ) be to the top of the vendor and mine be below theres?

I'd have to double check, but I believe the underlying load method used by the game to load the vendor items does not sort the items in any particular order. So in other words, I believe the items are displayed in a sort of "random" order, with no specific sorting. That is, unless your item is "promoted", then it will appear at the top.

In the future perhaps, if a lot of players want it, I could default to sorting them by the newest first. But at the moment, there is no particular order.

When it's about sorting i would preffer to see them from the cheapest ones.

Should also add who the item is sold by, that would be really helpful.
