I bet you're having trouble since it's REALLY picky with the size, well basically just go on jspaint.com and keep making the image smaller and smaller until it is JUST small enough to be accepted. If one of the sides is too small, simply increase it to the minimum, it'll be a small enough file to be accepted and a large enough image to...well, also be accepted.

It's the resolution, essentially how large your image is in terms of dimensions.

Pixels are just tiny squares that make up a digital image, so it's basically 90 squares by 90 squares
