Fix the looting.
This is probably like the 129471204290523053028th post about this, but the looting should be fixed. The player who did the most damage to an enemy will get the loot. After 30 seconds, the loot will become public to everyone for 30 seconds and then it will disappear.

Garbage Quest Progress Design
Not sure why it is even like this, but it makes no sense to lock progress behind you needing other players to progress into other areas. Getting into the factory area, and the recently added areas should not require the player to do a quest in area that requires other people.

I believe I actually have it so you will lose 60% of the total XP required to get to the next level. So lets say you need 100xp to get to the next level, and your current XP is at 40, and your xp sacrifice is at stage 3 (60%) like your mentioned. You should lose 60% of your current exp (aka the 20k), but Idk Robby could have broken something.
