So yeah, when I opened my alt account (Ign: Feitan_Picasso) I lost so many runes and mostly is hardening and sharpening runes from stage 1 to 3. I know that there's a related post that his runes also gone when you fix the game before, but this is the first time I checked my account so it's my fault ...

So yeah, I just want to post here my reply to you Sir in my email, and yes aside from my 20m coins that gone, I lost also a 1.5m coins when you fix the bug, and I'm hoping you can return the 20m coins that I lost during that day. Thank you and have a nice day Sir!!
