We need something fun to do that isn't just grinding

It happens only when there is more than one player in the same area. If you are grinding alone u will not face that bug.

that is wrong, it happens to me when I solo farm crabs, or am I wrong?

not really, halcon tested that warrior still got 4 strength

Whatever class you choose, should get points put towards it's main skill. Oh frick, I saw someone named 1Creation1 or... 1_Creation_1, idk, one of those, had those same stats, sadly, no picture.
