It should be stronger, because even tho it doesnt require player to be there, u cant spamm it, u can shoot like 7 hoards in 10 seconds, while storm hits with way lower damage each second. Many players abusing bugs/hacks this days, i fought against many inmortal players, but still isnt fixed neither bug abusers seem to get a ban

I think the storm cloud is fine how it is, but magicbreath definitely could be changed into an actually useable skill. It's not, because the basic melee dmg of the mage is to low, and even if u do 360% of dmg, u still do nothing. It took me 2 full clouds to kill a blizzer, but an archer can one sho...

Hmm, ok how about just a 2 second time limit between sending messages? That seems like a pretty reasonable amount, but will prevent mass spamming of messages.
