The bans were automatically made using code. It scanned the database for players who had an item equipped that wasn't showing up in their inventory. Are you able to list of the player's name you are referring to and I can double check? Ever since my all my bought items disspeared, they still showed...

i've recently bought an entire hammernail set.
the next day, its all gone from my inv, weirds part is that it still provides me with the stats, and it clearly shows that im wearing. i just cant put it back on if i take it off.
